The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout. Passwords are stored in scrambled form. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our systems. Repeated failed sign-ins are locked out, and access to customer records is limited to the people who run the shop.
No website can promise perfect security. If you think your account has been misused, email contactus@broedel.us straight away.
Your choices

• Delete your account. Sign in, open your profile and choose Delete profile, or email us. We keep the order records the law requires us to keep.
• Stop marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter or cart reminder. Order emails still arrive when you buy something.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email contactus@broedel.us We will confirm the request comes from you by replying to the email address on your account or order, and answer within 45 days.
Some states give their residents specific privacy rights, including the right to appeal a decision we make about a request. We extend the same choices to every customer, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To appeal, reply to our decision and say you want it reviewed.
Children
Our shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
